  1. Mix the mustard, maple syrup, oil, balsamic vinegar & salt and pepper together.
  2. Put the drumsticks in a large ziplock bag.
  3. Pour the mustard mixture over the chicken in the bag, zip close then roll the bag around in your hands until the chicken is well coated.
  4. Let rest in the fridge for 3 - 4 hours.
  5. Preheat the oven to gas 6 / 200C / 400F and line an oven tray with foil.
  6. Place the chicken in the oven tray and bake for 40 - 45 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
