- Peel & finely chop the garlic, finely chop the chilli, and combine with the wine, mustard, herbs, pepper and salt to make a marinade..
- Wash and dry the chicken legs, score them deeply with a sharp knife, and place in a flat oven dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken and then marinade for at least an hour in the fridge, turning whenever you remember or can be bothered....
- Preheat the oven to 200¤C (400¤F) (GM6).
